Emano Tec, inc. was incorporated on October, 1 of 2004 and is focused upon the development of the MedTab, a bedside documentation tool for the healthcare industry. The rapid adoption of EMR systems in combination with the difficulty of compliance to HIPAA privacy regulations positions the market for properly designed mobile computing devices for explosive growth. Emano Tec believes that its first product, the MedTab, has unique qualities that make it the best possible product for this market. The company has forged critical relationships with market leaders so as to position itself for rapid growth. The difficult product development phase is competed and the next problem of creating an effective marketing campaign must be attacked. The company seeks to raise its first round of financing for this need. Our Staff Bob Caspe, Chairman and CEO.
